Acronym – L.D.R.S.H.I.P

·       L - Loyalty - where Church workers/Staff remain committed, dedicated, and faithful in serving the cause of Christ through GLC Leadership.

·       D - Duty/Accountability - where staff walk in Excellent Work Ethics and Accountability. We all work in the Lords’ vineyard and will exhibit the highest standards of Godly stewardship.

·       R - Relationships - we view people as the essence of our calling, and therefore we seek to constantly encourage and nurture healthy relationships based on Truth and Transparency

     among all - 1John 1:7.

     S - Servant Leadership/Service – we seek to model the example of Christ who came to serve and not to be served. Most importantly, doing that in the attitude of humility; (It's possible that people can serve with a wrong attitude).

     H - Honor and Affirmation - we honor God and are intentional about honoring and affirming each other as a culture of GLC. Showing Respect to others highlights our value for people as made in the image of God. Affirmation is our way of declaring the mind of God over each other, calling forth the best in them and building them towards all that God has for their lives.

     I - Integrity – this is a paramount value for trust, but also crucial in facilitating the free flow of the Holy Spirit in and through us, in our bid to not grieve the Him. If we want to be the Church where the supernatural is natural and where there's a consistent experience of an Open Heaven and revival, then we need to make the Holy Spirit comfortable in our space, by walking in Truth and Integrity.

        P - Prayer and Worship - Consistent Prayer and worship is the bedrock of GLC. Our prayer life reflects our complete dependency on Jehovah, and our Worship lifestyle speaks volumes of our love and devotion to Him. Devotion to God becomes a model that guides our devotion to one another.

v   G - I will follow and spread the GOOD NEWS of Christ and abound in Love, Compassion and Grace

v   L - I will LOVE all humans like Christ loved the church

v   O - OBEDIENCE to the Lord alone through His Word will be my goal and mission as my response to   God's love for me

v   R - I will confess and REPENT of my sins and wrong doings daily as I embrace His Grace with boldness and confidence

v   Y - I will YIELD to the Holy Spirit's transformation through the dictates and teachings of the Word at Glory Life Center
